Obituary Helen Ferne Maehr

Helen Ferne Maehr, age 84, of Crestview, Florida passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at the North Okaloosa Medical Center with her family by her side.

She loved gardening and caring for her flowers in her garden at home.

Helen is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Richard Maehr; one daughter, Judy White of Crestview, Florida; two grandsons, Christopher and Daniel Ehrmann of Aloha, Oregon; four great-grandchildren, Ashley, Bradley, Gabriel, and Vanden Ehrmann; and one sister, Betty Carlson.

At the family request there will be no local services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
